Your pregnancy: 9 weeks




semalam adik2 ipar datang makan tengahari kat rumah sambil bincang2 tentang persiapan utk perkahwinan adik yang bongsu pada hujung minggu nanti. adik2 sumer tanya dah berapa minggu... tapi main agak2 jerk laa sebab sendiri tak ingat tarikh last peot. so kalau ikut babycenter.com, ini ler rupa bb yang dah 9 minggu... harap kandungan kali ini baik2 saja. so far mabuk2 tadek. orang kata mabuk2 pun sign yang bagus... dulu masa preggy abg long mabuk juga. mungkin kerana anak pertama pastu psikologi terikut2 cakap orang... mabuk laa sampai trimester kedua. preggy yang kak ngah ngan adik tak mabuk langsung. so kali nih nak kata lelaki ker perempuan tak tau laa... ikut gerak hati macam boy... hihihi.. tapi tu laa selera makan tak ada. yang nak makan mcm western, pizza, nak makan luar... yang tu nak ler... hihihi... kalau ikut trend... masa abg long dulu mmg gini. masuk hospital tu pun sebab malam tu pi makan black pepper chicken chop kat kedai kawan hb. baby kepanasan kot... huhu...

oohh... sebenarnya nak share tentang citer senaman masa preggy. masa preggy maisarah dulu, gi balik kije naik ketapi. ermm... gi nek bas balik nek ketapi. so masa nak balik tu mmg nak menapak jauh laa dari opis sampai ke stesen tu kan. jalan laju2 mcm tak ingat awak nih dah mcm kenderaan lebih muatan. sampai orang kiri kanan takut kita nih jatuh tersandung tangga ker... sampai kat stesen mmg rasa nak cramp betis... huuhuhu... berbekalkan perut yang membuncit tu mmg dapat ler tempat duduk kan... hahah... bleh laa rest dan baca buku ilmiah di sepanjang perjalanan tu. pastu buat check up di klinik tanglin. jalan kaki ler dari dayabumi lalu terowong masjid negara... atau lintas kat pejabat tanah... and turun bukit lalu kat kementerian kesihatan... manjat bukit plak... huhuhu... sangat2 berjalanlah masa tu.

masa bersalinkan adik, alhamdulillah telah dipermudahkan. saiz adik pun kecik gak laa masa tu... 2.75 jerk. register kul 6 pagi, adik kuar kul 6.32 pagi. kalau sampai lambat tu alamat bersalin dalam kete tak pun kat umah. sib baik masa tu bulan puasa. taska kat bawah blok jerk... so budak2 pengasuh tu bangun sahur pagi tu, terus tepon derang cakap nak antar sejam awal. depa mintak duit OT so tak kisah laa tu... dah antar pada odd hours kan... masa tu kete dah banyak jugak kat jalanan sebab nyer kan musim bulan puasa ramai yang kuar awal sebab nak balik awal. so pecut tak pecut jugak laa.. lelaju sangat kang malang tak berbau jadi benda lain plak. kena laa hati2. alhamdulillah sempat sampai dan kena warning laa supaya kehamilan seterusnya pastikan kena sampai kat spital awal utk elakkan kejadian tak diingini.

masa mula2 start sakit tu kul 1.30 pagi. kemudian sejam selepas tu... kul 5 tu dah tak berapa bleh nak jalan tapi gagah gak laa... sahur gak lagi tu. takut tadek energy nak push.... hehehe... syukur sangat2 sebab timing tu just nice. kita nih tadek maid. kalau kena emergency tengah2 malam, budak2 tu cemana laa kan... mana nak letak... kalau boleh tak nak laa nyusahkan orang... huhuhu.. masa sakit sejam2 tu try buat senaman kemutan. rasanya yang banyak membantu tu sebab dah banyak praktis berjalan. so otot2 bahagian pelvis membuka ruang untuk mudahkan baby keluar... alhamdulillah.. so utk preggy kali ini, nak praktis benda yang sama. semoga kelahiran kali ini juga dipermudahkan... insya-Allah...

bagi ibu2 yang beranak sulung terutamanya, jangan banyak sangat berehat kecuali yang ada masalah rahim tak kuat... mmg kena berkampung atas katil sampai berbulan2 lah. bagi yang sihat tu banyakkan berjalan... kalau nak gagahkan berjalan tu rajin2 laa gi tempat2 yang ada sale ker... mesti gagah nak buat satu pusingan mall tu kan... huhuhu... pepetang tu bleh laa ronda2 kat taman ker kan... jgn malas2 mcm ada orang tu (nama dirahsiakan) asik nak berehat berbaring jerk... sudahnya berjam2 menahan sakit sebab jalan tak bukak. aa... lagi satu rahsianya ialah bila dah hujung2 tu, sila laa berhubungan seperti biasa sebab ia akan memudahkan pembukaan jalan utk baby keluar dan air mani adalah air selusuh terbaik utk ibu yang nak bersalin. jom kita tengok citer faedah berjalan2 cari makan semasa hamil.



The benefits of walking during pregnancy
Walking is one of the best cardiovascular exercises for pregnant women because it keeps you fit without jarring your knees and ankles. It's also a safe activity to continue throughout all nine months of pregnancy and one of the easier ways to start exercising if you haven't previously been active.

If you've been walking, keep it up. If you were fairly inactive before you got pregnant, start with a slow walk and build up to brisk 20- to 30-minute jaunts. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, you can safely do moderate exercise for 30 minutes or more most days of the week, provided you've gotten the go-ahead from your doctor or midwife.

First-trimester tips
You probably won't need to change your normal walking habits very much. Make sure you have walking shoes that support the ankles and arches. Protect your skin with sunscreen, no matter what the season; in summer, wear a sun hat and carry a spray bottle filled with water for cooling off. Bring drinking water with you to avoid dehydration, which can cause contractions and raise your body temperature, sometimes to levels that are dangerous for you and your baby. And if it's very hot and humid outside, go for a walk in an air-conditioned mall or on a treadmill at the gym or at home.

Second-trimester tips
Continue to wear supportive shoes, protect your skin from the sun, and avoid dehydration. Your gait may now be more ungainly, so pay attention to your posture to avoid straining your back: When you walk, keep your chin level, your hips tucked under your shoulders to avoid a sway in your back, and look ahead. Swing your arms for balance and to intensify your workout. You may want to find a buddy to join you on your walks and keep you motivated. Don't walk outside after dark unless the area is brightly lit — you're at increased risk of stumbling and falling if you can't see where you're going.

Third-trimester tips
Keep up your walking regimen as long as you can, but avoid hiking trails or any uneven terrain that could put you off balance. As you get closer to your due date, you might also want to consider walking on a track. Not only is the surface easier on your body, but you might feel safer knowing that you won't get stuck far from home or your car in case of an emergency.
